Ps3 Eye Camera Driver Windows 10 64 Bit

The camera does work properly in the test app, however, but I wish to make sure the camera is using the latest and greatest drivers and that it is recognized as an actual device. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit In Device Manager, PS3Eye Camera appears under “CodeLabs Devices”, and is dated 2/17/2010.

It works for Windows 7.Links:- (Driver) MEGA - (Certificate) MEGA -. Sony VAIO SVD132290S Rear Camera Driver 6.2.9200.230 for Windows 10 64-bit 386 downloads. Digital Camera / Webcam / Camcorder Sony. Windows 10 64 bit. Apr 20th 2020, 20:24 GMT. Browse through the pages.

Hello Everyone!

I would like to personally request a compatible Microphone driver for the PS3 Eye Camera for the Windows 10 64-Bit Operating system.
If the original developer is not willing to fill the request then I ask the community to fill this request.

Thank you for your time.

I’m sure there are others out there that would like this to be done. Your voices are much welcomed here.

It’s a bit upsetting when no one replies.

Seeing how this project is clearly abandoned I recommend no one buys this and seeks it from another source.

Good day.

Same here. I bought 8 licenses this summer and have still not been able to use them.

After several support tickets I finally got one ambiguous answer stating the following back on August 13. 2015:
“Unfortunately the driver does not work with Windows 10 yet and we are working on an update to solve this. It is clearly stated on our website that supported OS are Windows XP/7/8.”

I wanted my money back since I was also unable to activate my cameras on windows 7, but I figured I could wait and hope that it will work on Win 10 soon. I feel like I have waited long enough though ;(

Guess we could flag Paypal to add a warning that the support article it states after purchase is false. This would lock out their Paypal Purchase method.
As far as transactions go you can’t get your money back. a bit late now. All we can do is what i said and keep the website up to date with this problem.

Am I missing something?

I have been using the latest driver for a while in Windows 10 (since it came out), and the Microphone works fine?
It’s detected as a USB Camera-B4.04.27.1 Microphone, which I’m pretty sure is what Windows 7 and 8 used to detect it as.. Shoudl it be doing something else?!

I’m on Windows 10 x64 Pro, 1511

Driver version: 5.3.0.0341

So your telling me your microphone array on the PS3 eye is currently running at 48000Hz (Studio Quality)?
I doubt you got it working at this spec.

It will run on the operating system BUT you will sound like Bane from batman.

No I was just saying it does work.
The original post didn’t mention quality it asked for a driver.. There is a driver.. it appears its just rubbish quality.

I’d never noticed as I only use it for video conferencing to work and i’ve never recorded myself or heard the playback to know what it sounds like.

Add me to the list of people who would like the driver to work properly then

Although sounding like bane to my colleagues might be useful… scare them into doing work for me

I am disappointed too. I paid for ‘CL PS3 Eye Driver’ ($2.99), I paid for ‘CL PS3 Eye Multicam SDK’ ($4.99), I paid for ‘CL Eye Platform Pack (8)’ ($60). But, as the result, I don’t know what I paid. I simple needed a driver for this webcam to work as any other webcam. Looks I paid for a driver a lot, but I am still not able to use PS3 Eye camera on Win10. All I have: 2/4 webcams ‘activated’ on my account on https://codelaboratories.com/ and that’s all, due are ‘activated’ for nothing; and, of course, I can’t activate my 2 more cams; there are ‘javascript errors’.
I don’t know what to do.
